OFFICIAL BRAND OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

1. BRAND OWNERSHIP

CALABASAS PARKS is an independently operated fashion and lifestyle brand. All original brand identities, creative concepts, designs, artwork, logos, graphics, product presentations, marketing materials, and other proprietary creative assets developed by or for CALABASAS PARKS are the intellectual property of their respective lawful owner(s).

CALABASAS PARKS reserves all rights available under applicable intellectual property laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All original creative works associated with CALABASAS PARKS, including but not limited to:

    ●    Brand names, logos, symbols, and visual identities

    ●    Original clothing designs, graphics, and artwork

    ●    Product photography, promotional imagery, and campaigns

    ●    Website content, written materials, and digital assets

    ●    Original packaging designs, labels, and branding elements

are protected to the extent applicable under United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. UNAUTHORIZED USE & REPRODUCTION

No individual, business, manufacturer, distributor, or third party is authorized to reproduce, duplicate, distribute, commercially exploit, or falsely represent ownership of protected CALABASAS PARKS intellectual property without prior written authorization from the lawful rights holder.

Unauthorized use of protected materials may result in legal action, including requests for removal, claims for damages, and other remedies available under applicable law.

4. BRAND IDENTITY & MISREPRESENTATION

CALABASAS PARKS does not authorize third parties to falsely claim affiliation, endorsement, partnership, ownership, or official representation of the brand.

Any unauthorized use of the brand identity that creates confusion regarding the origin, sponsorship, or authenticity of products may be subject to enforcement under applicable law.

5. RIGHTS RESERVED

CALABASAS PARKS reserves the right to protect and enforce its intellectual property rights through appropriate legal channels.

Nothing contained in this notice grants any license, permission, or ownership interest in the brand’s protected intellectual property.
